Fern Point is a private home with magnificent panoramic views of the lake. The main floor features 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and another bedroom includes two twin beds. The basement at Fern Point includes an inviting bedroom with a queen bed. The basement also includes a full bathroom. The waterfront at Fern Point offers a gradually declining sandy bottom which makes for excellent swimming, floating, and easy navigation for all of the supplied watercrafts. Fern Point is equipped with cable television, high speed internet, and Netflix service. A washer and dryer is also available for our guests to use for all of their laundry needs. Dogs are also welcome at Fern Point.

In the dining room guests will experience a remarkable panoramic view, and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, and an abundant supply of dining ware. The furnished back deck includes a gas grill for guests to enjoy.
